Research Paper On Green Building in Guilin
14 Jan, 2019

Th EC-Link Project organized a set of green building trainings selecting a team of expert from the EU and China, receiving full appreciation from the Municipal Governments of Guilin.

Following up on the trainings, under the coordination of the EC-Link Project, the EU and Chinese experts (coming from the University of Stuttgart, in Germany, and the Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute, in China) agreed to develop a research paper setting the guidelines for the development of sustainable building in special climates (winter cold and summer hot), with a focus on Guilin.

If on the one side the research paper will identify the steps towards the design and construction of energy–efficient buildings, it will also foster a change in people’s behaviour with regards to sustainability and help introduce specific techniques and solution for Guilin.
